Josée Niquette got her bachelor from Laval University in Agronomy - Animal Sciences in 1999 and is a member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec since 2001.

 As a supply manager for Groupe Nutri since 2018, she holds various roles in grading analysis, and supports the production teams with supply and quality prediction for standard and specialty table eggs.

She gained a strong background in poultry flock nutrition and monitoring, while working for different Coopératives between 1999 and 2015, and then for Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition for almost 4 years. She now offers her services to the Groupe Nutri suppliers, helping them reach the expected results and objectives for egg grading and quality, and provides tools to assess the on-farm gathering equipment.

Daughter of a farm producer, this area is close to her heart, and she believes it's important to develop resources to share information for comparison and improvement.
