In this study, we explored the potential of in ovo amino acid supplementation to enhance thermotolerance in broiler chickens exposed to heat stress. We observed that specific amino acid treatments positively influenced body weight and mortality rates, particularly up to day 28. Although heat stress had adverse effects, the treatments maintained lower mortality rates and reduced facial temperatures.
